'I am really excited to be involved in BTCC again and working alongside James. We had a lot of fun in 2010, but this year James has a very competitive car with AMD/Kleers. Jap Peformance is proud to annouce its sponsorhip of James Kaye in the BTCC. This is the first time JPP has been involved in BTCC and is working closely with James in his come back to BTCC after four years. The car has been rebuilt and had its debut at Donnington in September 2010, taking 9th place and scoring points in its first outing. We look forward to Brands Hatch in October and the 2011 season.
"This is a great opportunity to work with James, I am really excitied to have JPP involved in BTCC and it gives us a good foundation for launching 'Jap Performance Carbon' a joint venture between JPP and WRC Developments. We will support James and the DC5 for the remaining season and look forward to a new car in 2011. Hopefully he won't need a lot of spares!" - Sajid Moghal (JapPerformanceParts)
