A very damp track greeted us on arrival at Birmingham City Speedway, although within a coupe hours of tyre abuse warmed up.
Consistant runs in qualifying meant Walton brought home a 5th place position for the Top 16 battles.
A very tight fight between Walton and Luke Fink in the Top 4, with the judges putting Fink through to the finals. We move on to battle Juha Rintanen and his S14 in the 3rd/4th play offs.
Juha's car from the start pulls ahead with its near on 200 horsepower advantage, and takes the win.
We would like to thank everyone who helped and supported us at the event. We look forward to seeing more of you at Round 2 in Wimbledon.
